Composite Foam

Our composite foam is a recycled product, made from used mattresses. The PU composite foams can be molded in nearly any shape or form. They are often used as an inlay for wrappings, transport protection, noise absorption, as an underlay for sport floorings, in furniture, for decorations etc. And all this in different thicknesses and degrees of hardness, in sheets, rolls or as a complete block.

 

Special cuts, trimmings or molded parts are available on request. The composite foam can also be laminated with a self-adhesive layer.

 

Within the fitness industry the composite foam is often used as a sublayer under Olympic weight lifting platforms, the foam protects the subfloor and has a positive effect on reducing impact sound.

Whether used in packaging or as transport protection, impact noise insulation, gymnastics matt cores, etc., our high quality composite foams made from trimming wastes from the foam industry have a wide range of applications. They are an economical alternative to new foam and have a higher density in comparison. They are also physiologically neutral and have good damping properties.

Our composite foam can also be laminated with a self-adhesive film. single or double
